As one of the areas top real estate producers, Kay Culliton draws from her extensive corporate, retail and real estate experience to effectively serve her clients. A resident of Lakewood Ranch, she specializes in the rapidly growing areas of Lakewood Ranch, East Manatee and East Sarasota counties.
Prior to "coming home" in 2001, this Florida-born native lived in Kentucky and worked as a Divisional Vice President of Marketing for a Fortune 500 corporation. Kay's expertise in customer service resulted in the creation of the company's Customer Care Center, which was used as a "best practices" model for its global affiliates. Her extensive domestic and international travel coupled with her experience in working with all levels of employees provide a foundation for her knowledge and understanding of a diverse cross-section of people.
In addition to her corporate experience, Kay was a licensed Real Estate Consultant in North Carolina and owned and operated a Stride Rite Bootery.

Personal
Kay has raised two children as a single mother and has one grandchild. After discovering that her grandson was autistic, she dedicates her time and resources to educating the public about the disorder and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
